Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of yiwugift.cn and quotations issued by Yiwu Hua Pin Trade Co., Ltd..

1. Quotations

• All prices are quotation-based and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are exclusive of shipping unless the quotation specifies a delivered term (CIF/DDP).
• A one-time setup fee may apply for new logo printing plates or screens.

2. Artwork & Intellectual Property

• Customers confirm they own the rights to all logos and artwork supplied to us.
• We will not reproduce or reuse customer artwork for other clients.
• Digital proofs are provided for approval before production; approved proofs become the quality reference.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment.
• Balance payment is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Production & Delivery

• Lead times start from artwork confirmation, not from inquiry date.
• Delivery estimates are business-day based and subject to carrier schedules.
• Minor color variation of ±5% against the proof is within industry tolerance.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence.
